Privacy, plainly.

KOH collects only what is needed to run a verified paid leaderboard and keep it understandable.

X identity

When you connect X, we receive your X user ID, handle, display name and public profile image. We use these to prove which account entered the arena. KOH does not post to X for you.

Payments

Polar handles payment details, receipts and tax information. KOH receives checkout and order identifiers, payment status and amounts, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Arena records

We keep bids, paid totals, ranks, reign times, battle history and public profile choices so the leaderboard and trophy history can work. These public actions may remain visible after you are outbid.

Live activity

We use an anonymous browser-session heartbeat to estimate how many people are watching or preparing a challenge. It expires and is not used as an advertising profile.

Security and retention

Access tokens and signing secrets are kept server-side. We retain payment and ranking records as needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention and the public history of the service.

Your choices

You can disconnect by signing out and revoke KOH from your X account settings. For access or deletion questions, contact @itzanders on X. Financial records may need to be retained where required by law.
