Terms of the hill.

KOH is a paid public ranking for entertainment, promotion and bragging rights. It is not gambling, an investment or a promise of financial return.

What a payment buys

Your payment increases the cumulative paid total attached to your verified X account. That total determines your position. Another participant can outbid you immediately, so no rank or duration is guaranteed.

The crown

The highest confirmed paid total holds #1. When #1 changes, the arena may briefly lock while the takeover scene and cooldown run. Equal totals are ordered by the earliest confirmed payment.

Identity and conduct

You must connect the X account you place on the board. Do not use KOH for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend participation when needed to protect the service or other people.

Payments and refunds

Polar processes checkout and applicable taxes. Confirmed bids are generally final because ranking is delivered immediately. We will review duplicate, unauthorized or technically failed charges, and nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

No prize or resale value

Ranks, crowns, cards, cosmetics and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Future seasonal items do not create ownership in KOH.

Availability

This is an early live service. We may pause the arena for security, maintenance or payment reconciliation. We will use reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
